Visitor Guide

 

Surgi-Med encourages family and friends to visit their loved ones during their stay with us.  We know that having support helps our patients prepare for their procedures and with their recovery.  We kindly ask all visitors to adhere to our visiting hours and rules.

 

Visiting hours:

10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

• Visitors are to respect requests made by staff as they are in the best interest of the patient.

• No food or drink may be brought for patients. Special pre-op and post-op care involves strict dietary monitoring by medical staff to ensure proper patient preparation and recovery.

• Cell phones must be switched off or put on silent before entering the ward.

• Please remember to keep the noise level down as there are other patients staying with us.
